Work Requests
This page is for submitting work requests in CU Denver owned buildings (identified below). If you are in an AHEC owned building and wish to submit a work please visit the AHEC Work Request site.

- Click for Maximo Work Request and follow the directions below.
Note: You must be connected to the university's network or VPN (virtual private network) with a valid CU Denver profile to submit a Maximo work request. - From Favorite Applications select Create Work Request
- In Create Work Request panel input your phone and email information
- Select CU Denver Campus from Level1 Location drop-down
- Select the building from Level2 Location drop-down
- Select No on System GL account messages
- Explain the location and work you are requesting in the Description of Problem field
- Submit the Work Request
- Dispatch staff will contact you if they have any questions regarding the Work Order
- Call Facilities Dispatch at 303-315-7777 between 7:30 AM and 4:00 PM, M-F. After-hours calls are responded to by staff on call.
- Email DC_Facilities_Dispatch@ucdnever.edu with your request – email is monitored during business hours and email volume can delay responses.
Work Types
Facilities performs four types of work orders.
Funding Classification
All Work requests are classified as:
- Funded Centrally and Paid for by Facilities Management
- Billed to and Paid for by the Requesting Unit
Funding responsibility for work requests is outlined in Policy 3034. In this policy, typical items that are billable to the requesting unit are outlined in section C.4 (located on page 4).
