Below are the rates for the fiscal year 2024-2025 for the garage parking managed by CU Denver. Definitions of each of the parking types are provided below the rate information.
Lawrence Street Center - RESERVED Parking

CU Denver Building and Business School - OPEN Parking
- Monthly: $145 per month
- Part-Time-12 days per month: $95 per month
- Part-Time- 8 days per month: $65 per month
- Motorcycle Parking: $50 per month

How do I purchase a parking plan for CU Denver garages?
To sign up for CU Denver parking, please start by submitting the CU Denver Parking Agreement.
You must submit the form before noon on the 10th day of the month you wish to begin parking. New accounts are pro-rated on a half calendar month basis only for full-time parking permits (reserved, open, daytime, tandem).
After the form has been received, you will be notified when your parking agreement has been processed. The payroll office will be instructed to begin deducting the parking fee from your paycheck. In addition, your campus ID badge will be encoded to provide you access to the garage you have selected.
Should you elect to change your parking plan, use the same form CU Denver Parking Agreement to submit the request.

Parking is processed monthly, so please notify the parking office of your intent to cancel by the last day of the month to avoid being charged for the following month.
