Steps to Take to Prepare Yourself:
- Sign up for RAVE - an Emergency Notification System text and voice messaging service.
- Call the UC Denver main line at 1-877-463-6070 for the most up-to-date information.
- Most major Denver television networks will also have information about school closing due to bad weather.

Non-Campus Emergency Information
- Dial 911 on a mobile phone to be connected with police/ambulance/fire & rescue department
Steps to Take to Prepare Yourself:
On your cell phone, input your most reliable, main contact as an Emergency Contact. If you are in an accident and unable to communicate, the police will use your cell phone emergency features to call your Emergency Contact and inform them of your situation.
It would be best if your Emergency Contact person was in the USA and has some English-speaking ability.
ISSS also recommends that you keep a list of important contacts to call in case of an emergency

- Secondary: Trusted Friend or Family Members
