Club Sports Practice Request Form

Home Event Requests

If you would like to host an event, please set up a meeting with our Competitive Sports Staff (clubsports@ucdenver.edu) so we can fill out a Home Event Request form together. A Home Event Request form is required to be completed with one of our program managers 21 days (three weeks) in advance of the event. No event will be considered if it is within 20 days or less of the event. No exceptions.

If the event will be happening during one of your practice times, a request form must be completed 14 days (two weeks) in advance.

If your event is happening outside of the Salazar Student Wellness Center (in another campus building or off-campus), you are subject to their event request timelines as well. Please make sure to research the space you are interested in, take into consideration their requirements and know that the space is available and open when you need it before you set up a meeting to fill out a home event form with Competitive Sports Staff.

If you have general questions about hosting an event, please reach out to one of the program managers or the Competitive Sports Coordinator.

All Club Sports events must be approved by the Competitive Sports Coordinator.

Above is an example of how the budget workbook should be filled out. Your budget workbook is a reflection of your income/expenses for the current year and shows the office if you are in the red or not for that given year. (Your team’s starting balance at the beginning of the year is not considered income for that year.) More details on the budget workbook will be shared during the Spring semester to help you prepare for reactivation presentations.

The Club Sports program utilizes two spirit marks for all branding. These spirit marks may not be altered or distorted in any way (please see CU Branding below for more information.) Please reach out to the Competitive Sports Coordinator if you need the .png or .eps files for our two spirit marks.

You can find information here regarding CU Denver branding, colors, typography, spirit marks, etc. All club teams are required to follow university branding guidelines.

Vendors List

This is a list of vendors in our CU Marketplace that the program or club teams have used or currently use to purchase different items. If you would like to have a vendor added to Marketplace, please email the Competitive Sports Coordinator with a direct contact person for that vendor (not a customer service email) and their W-9. The information will be forwarded to the Business team to begin the process.
