At my age, the body doesn’t bounce back like it used to and requires more proactive maintenance. I want to stay active and agile for as long as possible, to maintain my independence for as long as possible. Fitness helps my sleep, my concentration and focus, my mental health, and a myriad of other good things. I find when I take care of myself, I’m so proud of myself. And if it helps inspire others to care for themselves, even better!
