Fitness Philosophy: Feeling good. At my age, the body doesn’t bounce back like it used to and requires more proactive maintenance. I want to stay active and agile for as long as possible, to maintain my independence for as long as possible. Fitness helps my sleep, my concentration and focus, my mental health, and a myriad of other good things. I find when I take care of myself, I’m so proud of myself. And if it helps inspire others to care for themselves, even better!

Fitness Philosophy: Staying active has so many benefits: physically, emotionally, mentally, ect. There are options for everyone to be able to reap those benefits while also enjoying themselves at the same time!
Favorite thing about fitness: My favorite thing about fitness is that our bodies are amazing. We can do hard things including fitnessy things which allows us to challenge ourselves and participate in all the active activities we enjoy!

Fitness Philosophy: Maintaining good mental health is what got me to start working out and is still a huge reason why I still do it but have now fallen in love with the action of staying active, as well as the community that surrounds it. Finding a fun way to stay active is always the key!

Fitness Philosophy:
Being able to move my body and engage in so many different forms of movement is an absolute privilege and something that I do not take for granted. Whether it’s snowboarding, martial arts, hiking, walking my dog, lifting weights, or doing yoga, I am grateful for the places and practices that my body allows me to reach.
