Click the View and Pay Your Bill tile on your UCDAccess homepage to navigate to the payment center.

How to Authorize the COF:

  1. Log into your UCDAccess Portal
  2. In your "Student Center", select "Student Account"
  3. Click "COF Authorization/Review"
  4. Follow the instructions to authorize or edit the College Opportunity Fund

How to Set Up Direct Deposit:

  1. Log into UCDAccess
  2. In your "Student Center", select "Student Account"
  3. Go to "Direct Deposit Student Refunds"
  4. Follow the instructions and input your account information

How to Authorize Financial Aid to Pay All Charges:

  1. Log into UCDAccess
  2. In your "Student Center", select "Student Account"
  3. Click "View Student Permissions"
  4. Select "Grant Permissions" and read the agreement
  5. Click "FIN_AID", then "Next"
  6. Select "Yes, I have read the agreement" and hit "Submit"

How to Authorize Payers:

  1. Log into UCDAccess
  2. Select "View/Pay My Bill" at the top of the page
  3. Click "Authorize Payers" on the left-hand menu
  4. Follow the instructions to authorize a new payer on your account

How to View the 1098-T Form:

  1. Log into UCDAccess
  2. In your "Student Center", select "Student Account"
  3. Select "View 1098-T" and select the year you want to see

How to Pay the Registration Advance Payment:

  1. Log into UCDAccess
  2. In your "Student Center", select "Student Account"
  3. Click "Pay Deposit"
  4. Read the information and follow the instructions to pay the Registration Advance
