Designed to run on dedicated hardware and appliances, Zoom Rooms provide an ideal meeting environment for shared spaces like conference rooms, perfect for group collaboration. With a consistent interface, users can rely on it to work the same way in any room, minimizing user error—a crucial feature for meeting rooms shared by employees with varying technical skills. Users can schedule rooms using booking tools and join meetings with a single tap.

Beyond traditional conference rooms, Zoom Rooms can be deployed in open spaces as video-enabled interactive whiteboards, offering additional services like digital signage for corporate communications and branding, and room schedulers for booking management.

Zoom Rooms are IT-managed resources, designed to be the sole application running on a system, and tied to a bookable calendar resource. They support a variety of devices for display, compute, audio, camera, capture, room control, and touch display controllers, enabling seamless HD audio and video experiences.
