We’re on hand to help instructors set up, troubleshoot issues, and keep audio-visual equipment—like projectors, sound systems, and interactive displays—running smoothly. Whether it’s planned support or a quick response during class, we aim to create a reliable, easy-to-use tech experience that enhances teaching and learning for both faculty and students.

| Technical Assist and Setup (M-F, 7:30 AM - 5PM) An AV tech will arrive in room 15-30 minutes prior to start time or when requested through EMS and assist in powering on the system, setting up, and ensuring that the class, meeting or event starts with no issues. | $35.00 | No cost for Core Education Courses |
