Our Event and Support team doesn’t just set up technology for your event—we’re also here to run and support your event from start to finish. With hands-on, real-time support throughout the event, we manage audio, video, lighting, and video streaming so presenters can stay focused on their audience. Whether it’s a large campus conference, panel discussion, or a smaller gathering, our experienced staff monitors and adjusts technical elements in real time, ready to tackle any issues that arise. We’re dedicated to ensuring that every event is professionally executed, letting you and your attendees enjoy a smooth, worry-free experience.

An AV tech will arrive in room 15-30 minutes prior to start time or when requested through EMS and assist in powering on the system, setting up, and ensuring that the class, meeting or event starts with no issues.
