As part of monthly release at the end of March 2025, changes were made to remove the headings in CTA's so that our page heading order is more accessible. CTAs in the content block will need to be manually updated by site editors in order to match our new markup. CTAs with the old markup will continue to display normally, but you should update them at your convenience to improve the accessibility of your site. Instructions on using Siteimprove to find old CTA's can be found on this page.
Manually Editing Content:
If your CTAs are inside a widget, like an accordion, you will have to edit the CTA and resave it in order for the change to save, which is shown below:
First click on your CTA and then click on the CTA button on the toolbar in red to edit it:
Then you can click the green ‘Save’ button to reinsert the CTA with the proper markup:
