Creating outcome based, data informed plans and recommendations to the deans and university leadership on how to take Goal 1 and 5 from paper to practice.
Developing unit level plans that address Goal 1 and 5, as well as specifically speaking to the Climate and Workplace Survey results.
Committing to professional development which will be ongoing and evolving as the cultural competencies of the council increase.
