The
following protocols apply to in-person events, meetings, and activities for the foreseeable future.
Please note that these guidelines are subject to change as the campus
leadership team evaluates the impacts of COVID-19.
Beginning Monday, March 7, face coverings are optional while indoors on campus. Events can be held indoors and
outdoors, following the local ordinances. Events can operate at full capacity, without physical distancing. There are no longer requirements on food service format (individually packaged food, vaccination requirements, etc.).
Pre-approval for on-campus and off-campus events is no longer required. Please complete space scheduling requests in EMS.
If your event will include 250 or more people, political presence, or media, please notify events@ucdenver.edu.
