Spring 2025 ONLY contracts are available now! Please note that floor plans are subject to availability, and signing a housing contract guarantees you a space on campus, but not a specific building, floor plan, or room.

2025-2026 Academic Year Housing Contracts Available January 6th, 2025!

Secure your housing for the upcoming 25-26 Academic Year beginning January 6th, 2025! 

Priority Deadline (NEW!):

Returning students who secure their housing between January 6th, 2025, and January 31st, 2025 will be able to select their room, secure parking, and their meal plan at the time of signing a 2025-2026 contract! It's first come, first serve, so if you a room in mind, make sure to sign as early as possible!

First Year students who secure their housing between January 6th, 2025 and March 30th, 2025 will have a much greater chance of securing their preferred floor plan, parking, and meal plan!
