The Front Desk - Your hub for everything you need

The Front Desk is open from 7am to 12am every day during the Academic Year, and 8am - 8pm during Holiday Breaks and Summer Break for you to pick up packages, check out resources, and help you with any housing related needs. The Front Desk can be found in the lobby of each building, with desk assistants ready to help you!

Our Front Desk Staff is dedicated to your safety. We check in non-residents in and out, give them a wrist band, and at lynx crossing we offer guest parking during business hours! Just see the front desk!

Mail Services

 

Our desk is dedicated to ensuring the safety of your mail and delivering it to you efficiently. Residents will receive an email notification when their packages are logged. Residents will receive an email notification when their packages are logged. While we don’t log letter mail, residents are welcome to pick up their packages or check their letter mail anytime during desk hours. Please ensure all packages and mail are addressed as follows to ensure accurate delivery:

Maintenance Requests

Is something broken, like a leaky sink, broken Air Conditioning or a hole in the wall? Housing is committed to your comfort and to keeping your suite in top condition. You can submit maintenance requests at the front desk or ask for assistance with this process. Alternatively, residents can also submit requests through the Housing Portal.
