Residence Hall Information

Improving student retention and success is a key element of CU Denver’s Strategic Priorities. So, when students expressed a desire for a residential college experience, university leadership listened. Now officially open, the new residence hall for students offers a completely new feel to the CU Denver neighborhood.

New Connections to Campus

Studies have shown that students who live on campus stay in school, matriculate faster, perform better and feel more connected to their faculty and fellow students, tying them to the university in powerful and life-changing ways. Paired with the  Learning Commons, along with the Student Commons Building and the Lola & Rob Salazar Student Wellness Center, the residence hall will create a whole new community and hub for services in the CU Denver neighborhood.

Modern, Safe, and Affordable

With 555 beds available, this housing, dining, and learning complex helps to combat the rising rents in Denver and place students in the heart of campus, seconds away from classrooms, support services, amenities, and downtown Denver. Accessible housing for students is an attractive option for domestic Colorado and non-Colorado resident students as well as international students, helping to ease their transition to a new culture.
