C-SEAP offers cost-free professional assessment, referral, and short-term counseling services on work-related or personal concerns. C-SEAP also provides resources for supervisors and managers seeking individual managerial consultation, work-group organizational development, and assistance with conflict resolution.
The Omada program, provided to employees enrolled in CU Health Plan, will open its application period from July 30-Aug. 27. Omada is an online, lifestyle-intervention program that helps members reduce their risk for obesity-related chronic diseases such as type-2 diabetes, hypertension and heart disease. It can also help those with have type 2 diabetes who are not currently taking insulin.
