Spearheaded by the Office of Information Technology (OIT) Project Management Office, under the leadership of Project Manager Eric Campagna and AVC Erika Larson as the project sponsor, Project Mainstay introduced a new era of student interaction at CU Denver.
Milo, the Mainstay chatbot, is not just an ordinary chatbot; it's a sophisticated virtual assistant equipped with over 1,080 understandings. This impressive AI background enables Milo to interact with students seamlessly, providing prompt and accurate responses to their inquiries.
The journey to Milo's launch was a culmination of over 17 months of meticulous planning and execution by the dedicated Student Enrollment and Student Success (SESS) project team.
