Eric Campagna

Manager of Project Management

As an experienced project manager with over 16 years of diverse experience, I bring a wealth of expertise to every project I undertake. Throughout my career—which has spanned technology projects, software development initiatives, and complex integration endeavors—I’ve had the opportunity to refine my skills across a wide range of environments.

In my current role as Manager of Project Management, a position I’ve held for the past two years, I embrace multiple methodologies, including waterfall, agile, Scrum, and hybrid approaches. This adaptability allows me to effectively navigate any project landscape while consistently driving successful outcomes.

A firm believer in clear and effective communication, I’ve seen firsthand how strong written and verbal skills can foster collaboration, promote alignment, and keep projects on track. With extensive experience in both stakeholder engagement and project team leadership, I’ve learned to balance diverse perspectives and guide teams toward common goals.

Before stepping into my project management roles, I spent over a decade as a service desk manager, seamlessly weaving project management principles into daily operations. Whether or not a project was formally run through the PMO, I provided structured oversight and strategic leadership to help ensure it stayed on course and within scope.

When I’m not focused on project management, I love to explore all that Colorado has to offer, from marveling at its natural wonders to taking scenic rides through the mountains. In my free time, I enjoy experimenting in the kitchen, sharing new dishes with friends and family, playing video games, and making the most of quality time with my daughters.

I’m committed to delivering excellence in every endeavor and look forward to leveraging my expertise to drive continued success in our department’s initiatives.
