Patrick Browne ’10, MA ’18 passed away in early March after a long battle with a medical condition (unrelated to COVID-19). To honor his legacy, his family has established a scholarship in his name to support veteran students at CU Denver.
The University of Colorado community lost a valued member with the passing of Lenore (Lennie) Damrauer on November 21, 2020. Lennie and her husband, Bob, have supported more than 35 funds at CU Denver.
This award recognizes achievements by a tenured/tenure-track faculty member in the college who has made outstanding contributions to the advancement of knowledge and/or the translation of it to broader impact through research activities.
On the occasion of her retirement in June 2020, many colleagues and friends honored Chancellor Horrell's lasting commitment to CU Denver’s students by making gifts to the Ted and Dorothy Horrell Endowed Scholarship.
Those who knew Peter deLeon, PhD, describe him as a committed husband, a friend to many, a pioneer in the field of policy studies, and a man remarkably devoted to his graduate students in the School of Public Affairs.
