Minimum Qualifications: Terminal Degree (Doctorate, JD, DBA, etc.) in a clinical health related field
Demonstrated significant experience in a clinical health related field. Evidence of teaching/supervision of field experience in a health or clinical environment. Potential for service and research/scholarship that supports the program and the School. They must demonstrate ongoing relevance through intellectual contributions in research/scholarship or be within five years of receiving terminal degrees. Successful completion of two or more academic years of teaching/supervision of field experience in a health or clinical related field (teaching while a student will satisfy teaching requirement if serving as the primary instructor).
Must show potential for teaching effectiveness and/or supervision of clinical supervision of field experience. Typical indicators include past teaching/course evaluations, a documented history of developed courses/curricula, and/or pedagogical training. Show recent intellectual contributions in research/scholarship or should be within 5 years of receiving their terminal degree.
Preferred Qualifications: Expertise, interest or training in research related field, Strong publication record within research related field, Experience in teaching and mentorship of graduate students, undergraduate students, and /or high school students is desired. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and in a team atmosphere. Demonstrated organizational skills in order to meet vigorous time lines. Technical/research writing experience
