Location

The UHL house is located on the 9th street block. Before the Auraria campus was established, it was home to the Cheyenne, Arapaho, UTE Nations, and 38 other Indigenous nations. UHL acknowledges that we are housed in the traditional homeland of these Indigenous people and their painful history of genocide and forceful removal. We recognize and honor all the Tribal Nations and the ancestors of the Auraria campus.
