Professional Development 

Vision: To move CU towards being a learning organization for all our staff.

Mission: To provide inclusive opportunities for staff to engage in meaningful and productive professional development activities to enrich their experience at the University of Colorado and promote the value of staff professional development to the CU Denver Campus community. Help staff at CU Denver learn about changing trends within higher education, stay motivated, be inspired, and continue to advance their careers and be lifelong learners.

Staff Appreciation & Employee Recognition 

Vision:  To create a culture of value and appreciation.

Mission:  We will explore different ways of appreciating staff, acknowledging that each individual might have unique preferences for appreciation. We will do this by creating and maintaining programs, recognizing staff efforts at a university level, providing platforms/voices for staff to share accomplishments, creating community amongst staff, and rewarding staff for efforts to maintain campus morale/motivation.
