Jesse Ogas

Jesse Ogas has been the Executive Director of Social Responsibility and Community Affairs at 9NEWS since 2021, where he leads community engagement, manages station partnerships, and champions inclusivity. The position follows more than 30 years of nonprofit leadership, including as executive director of Firefly Autism where he increased access to medical care for all communities by bridging language and cultural gaps. Ogas is a proud member of one of the nation’s prominent Latino Theater companies, Su Teatro. He is a community advocate who serves on a variety of nonprofit boards, including Food Bank of the Rockies, Denver Urban Gardens, Peppers Senior Dog Sanctuary, State Commissioner with the Office of OEDIT, 365 Health, Firefly Autism.
