Guadalupe Hirt

Guadalupe Hirt is a pro-aging advocate and social impact leader facilitating discussions and workshops that challenge ageist thinking in our everyday lives. She is a certified ageism awareness facilitator and speaker championing diversity, belonging, and age-inclusivity. She has led ageism awareness sessions for corporations, non-profits, organizations, and government agencies like the Colorado Dept of Labor and Employment, Gusto, Shafer Leadership Institute, and Douglas County American Association of University Women. She’s been featured in media like Forbes, Next Avenue, NPR Denver, and The Denver Post, and is a Next Avenue Influencer in Aging honoree, and Encore Network board member.
