Camtasia and Snagit

TechSmith Camtasia and Snagit are both tools available at no cost to faculty.

Camtasia is a video editor and screen recording tool. Camtasia is great for recording your screen for presentations, recording lectures, and making more professional-looking videos.

Snagit lets you take screenshots, edit your images, and record lightweight recordings. Snagit is great for creating clear documentation and training materials.

Join one of our group training sessions or schedule a one-on-one with our team for more guidance with creating screenshots, editing videos, using video templates, and troubleshooting issues within Camtasia and Snagit. Camtasia and Snagit training sessions are typically offered at the beginning of each semester.
