As an educator who has directly benefited from CIBER funding opportunities, I can't emphasize enough how crucial this program has been in enhancing both the curriculum and research at our institution. The CIBER program has enabled us to design specialized courses that address global business perspectives—something that traditional programs had historically overlooked. This has not only made our students more marketable but also broadened their horizons by making them aware of international business cultures and protocols. We have been able to organize workshops, seminars, and even study abroad programs that wouldn't have been possible without CIBER's financial backing. These initiatives have provided invaluable experiential learning opportunities for our students, directly translating to their preparedness for a globalized job market. I earnestly hope that you will continue to support the CIBER program and its associated funding opportunities. The program doesn't just prepare students for the global business world; it makes them conscientious citizens of the world.

University of ArizonaThe RMCIBER assisted our John M. Huntsman School of Business in its voyage to deeply embed the notion of global vision into our strategic framework... RMCIBER provided mentorship from colleagues who share our passion and sense of purpose, programmatic support, and encouragement that helped launch our global initiatives, ones that have proven to be transformational in the lives of our students and faculty.
