Otter Products: Adapting and Evolving Business Post-COVID
Susan Pfuetze, Sr. Manager Compliance
Otter Products
Tuesday, November 21, 2023
12:00 pm – 1:30 pm (Mountain)
Hosted via Zoom
Program Overview:
Susan will dive into the challenges OtterBox faced during COVID, procuring the majority of its product from China, and the adaptations the company made to address these challenges. Despite these challenges, there were silver linings of COVID, including the products that evolved and grew from the pandemic for Otter as well as the cementing of stronger partnerships with vendors and suppliers. She will assess where Otter is heading in the next few years based on the outlook for global trade and international freight.
