CIDE was set up at this year's CU Denver Block Party on August 26, 2021. From 11 a.m. - 2 p.m., the CU Denver Education Corridor at Speer Boulevard and Lawrence Street was pumping with music, food, fun, and valuable information for students about programs on our campus.

The CIDE display featured state-of-the-art interactive technologies designed to support the independence and achievement of persons with disabilities and those aging into disability at home, school, work, and play. Visitors to the booth were invited to experience alternate computer access methods (voice control, head tracking, eyegaze), microswitch controls for toys, appliances, and wheelchair mobility, and a variety of technologies to support individuals with vision loss.
