The University Honors and Leadership community is more than an academic one and the cohort-based nature of the UHL program offers unique opportunities for interaction beyond the classroom. One core value of UHL is making a positive contribution to the wider community. This includes CU Denver and the Auraria Campus, our city, our state, and beyond.
Giving back is a key component of being part of UHL and students are required to complete a minimum of one community engagement project each semester. Our community service activities are student directed and community oriented.
