OIT is experiencing a problem with incoming or outgoing email communications to the Service Desk. Emails to oit-servicedesk@ucdenver.edu are not actively generating tickets within the Cherwell ticketing system. Outgoing communication on existing tickets are also not processing. For any assistance, please call the OIT Service Desk at 303-724-HELP (4357).

iOS or higher devices experiencing possible authentication issues

Some people using iOS 14 or higher may see white screens when trying to authenticate in to university applications. If possible, switch to a device with an earlier version of iOS, android, or desktop/laptop. OIT is continuing to work on a complete resolution.
