CU Denver once again receives gold award designation for Military Friendly Schools for the 2022-2023 year
Please note that all GI Bill benefits are processed through the University Registrar’s office. Please contact the following with any questions about the status of your education benefit (in the order they should be reached):

The University of Colorado Denver is military friendly and committed to providing service members and their families with a high-quality education, catered to their distinct needs. The Office of Veteran and Military Student Services (VMSS) supports veteran, active duty, reservist, national guard and dependent students.
- One-Stop-Shop Services: VMSS offers holistic student services in our office including, but not limited to, answering questions about your education benefits and serving as a liaison to other divisions on campus.
- World Class Programming: Our Boots-to-Suits professional development program prepares you for your future career! Participants who complete the program will earn a beautiful new suit to jumpstart your new career!
- No Application Fee: Military-connected students are not charged an application fee to apply to CU Denver.
- Priority Registration: Military personnel (active-duty, reservists, guard members), veterans and dependents/spouses who are utilizing a VA educational benefit are eligible for priority registration.
- Military Service Credit: Military Service Credit: You may be eligible to receive college credit for your military training. Complete the Military Experience Form (MEF).
