SensusAccess

SensusAccess is a self-service tool that converts documents into a range of digitally accessible alternative formats.  It can transform inaccessible documents- PDFs, scanned documents, pictures of text, and PowerPoint presentations and put them into more accessible formats. The service can also be used to automatically convert documents into a range of alternate media including audiobooks (MP3 and DAISY), e-books, and digital Braille. Everyone from faculty, staff, administrators, and alumni can access this by following the easy steps below.

  1. Upload a document.
  2. Select how you want it converted.
  3. Enter your university email, and then wait for the document to be sent out.
  4. You will receive an email in your inbox once it is ready.

SensusAccess is entirely automated and the documents you submit are automatically deleted once it has been converted.
