The University of Colorado Denver is home to 13 schools and colleges providing more than 115 degree program options for students. It is a comprehensive institution with more than 29,000 students attending classes on one of two campuses or online.
The Downtown Campus provides general education options in arts and media, business, engineering, liberal arts and sciences, public affairs, education and human development and architecture and planning, as well as online course offerings.
The Anschutz Medical Campus provides education in the specialized health fields including medicine, pharmacy, dental medicine, nursing, public health and other allied health professions.

The office of the Vice President for Health Affairs and Executive Vice Chancellor of the Anschutz Medical Campus oversees the academic, research and clinical operations of the Anschutz Medical Campus while also focusing on key strategic initiatives, including transportation, relationships with affiliate health-care partners and development on and around the campus.

The Office of the Vice Chancellor for University Advancement oversees all university communications, fundraising, outreach, events and alumni activities. Additionally, in the role of chief of staff, the vice chancellor oversees the University Ombuds Office.

Vice Chancellor for Health Affairs
The Office of the Vice Chancellor for Health Affairs oversees multiple areas related to the health sciences professional schools, centers and other health research areas. Additionally, the vice chancellor for health affairs is responsible for overseeing all areas of the university's clinical enterprises at the Anschutz Medical Campus.

The Office of the Vice Chancellor for Administration and Finance oversees university functions including budget and operations, facilities, human resources and information technology. Additionally, the vice chancellor for administration and finance serves as the university's chief financial officer.
