Through his work, Kent peels back layers of paint and meaning, exposing concealed narratives and challenging viewers to confront uncomfortable realities: the dismissal of the Black body, systemic violence against marginalized communities, the intersection of race and the criminal justice system, and the struggle for identity and dignity in the face of oppression. Learn more >>
